Annual General Meetings

The CMO hosted our General Meeting on Wednesday 16th September 2026 for the financial year 2025/2026. This was an opportunity for residents to hear updates and share opinions. Our AGM for the financial year 2026/2027 will be held in September 2027.

The following Chairman’s report, CMO Charity accounts and minutes of the last meeting were discussed and voted on at the AGM.  The rent charge deed accounts were presented at the AGM and are now available to view below.

All residents were welcome to attend the AGM, but only CMO Members could vote, please visit our Membership page for more details on how to become a Member.  Please note any CMO Members who are in arrears of their rent charge bill by more than 45 days will be unable to vote at an AGM.

Notice of the CMO AGM

Wednesday 16th September 2026

6.30pm registration for a 7.00pm start

Residents are invited to our AGM to be held at Chilmington Green Primary School.  Full details can be found on our Annual General Meetings page.

 

 

Please also be advised, we are aware that due to a systems error invoices have been issued with the wrong due date.

Please be assured that the next payment date for invoices is 1st October 2026.
