Annual General Meetings

The CMO hosts our General Meeting, once a year. This is an opportunity for residents to hear updates, share opinions and help shape decisions taken.   Our AGM for the financial year 2025/2026 will be held on

Wednesday 16th September 2026

Registration from 6.30pm for a 7.00pm start

at Chilmington Green Secondary School

 

The following Chairman’s report, CMO Charity accounts and minutes of the last meeting will be discussed and voted on at the AGM.  The notice of the AGM provides information relating to the order of the AGM, along with a proxy voter form.  The rent charge deed accounts will be presented at the AGM and will be available to view here in advance of the meeting.

All residents are welcome to attend AGMs, but only CMO Members can vote, please visit our Membership page for more details on how to become a Member.  Please note any CMO Members who are in arrears of their rent charge bill by more than 45 days will be unable to vote at an AGM.

Notice of the CMO AGM

Please also be advised, we are aware that due to a systems error invoices have been issued with the wrong due date.

Please be assured that the next payment date for invoices is 1st October 2026.
