Annual General Meetings

The CMO hosts our General Meeting, once a year. This is an opportunity for residents to hear updates, share opinions and help shape decisions taken. The CMO’s AGM for the financial year 2024 to 2025 was held on 16th September 2025, the Chairman’s report and accounts presented at the meeting are available below. Minutes of the meeting will be available in the coming days.

All residents are welcome to attend AGMs, but only CMO Members can vote, please visit our Membership page for more details on how to become a Member. Please note any CMO Members who are in arrears of their rent charge bill by more than 45 days will be unable to vote at an AGM.
