The CMO have appointed RMG as our managing agent.
The key services they provide for us are:
- Contractor Management
- Site Inspections with the CMO
- Collection of Estate Rent Charge
- 24/7 Customer Service contact center
RMG will send you a Welcome Pack shortly after moving into your new home, providing your personal account details and ways to manage your account through the RMG Living portal.
RMG collect the estate rent charge on behalf of the CMO. The annual charge, which is set by the CMO in line with the rent charge deeds is split across two payments which are invoiced for payment on the 1st April and 1st October each year. You should contact RMG if you have any problem in paying your charge.
