BMUK

The CMO have appointed Block Management UK (BMUK) as our managing agent.

The key services they provide for us are:

  • Contractor Management
  • Site Inspections with the CMO
  • Collection of Estate Rent Charge
  • 24/7 Customer Service contact center

BMUK will send you a Welcome Pack shortly after moving into your new home, providing your personal account details and ways to manage your account through their online portal.

BMUK collect the estate rent charge on behalf of the CMO.  The annual charge, which is set by the CMO in line with the rent charge deeds is split across two payments which are invoiced for payment on the 1st April and 1st October each year.  You should contact BMUK if you have any problem in paying your charge.

For all communications, using Block Management UK’s online portal https://www.bmukliving365.com is the best and most effective way of making contact. You can also download the Portal app from the App Store and the Google Play Store.

BMUK’s Office hours are: 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.  They operate a 24-hour maintenance emergency service from 17:00 to 09:00, please note this service is for maintenance emergencies only.  To use the emergency maintenance service, simply dial the main office telephone number – 01787 211801.
