As the current term of our Resident Director ends at the AGM in September, we will be holding an election for the Resident Director position on the CMO Board.  The current Resident Director is eligible to stand for re-election.

This is a voluntary position, supporting the CMO Board to deliver the CMO’s objectives for the benefit of Chilmington Green residents and an opportunity to help shape the stewardship agenda across Chilmington Green.  As all CMO Directors have an individual legal responsibility to ensure that the Charity is meeting its objectives, careful consideration is required as to if this role is right for you.  The role of Resident Director is an opportunity open to Chilmington Green residents (who are also CMO members).

Full details of the resident director appointment are provided in the application pack.  Candidates meeting the criteria within the application pack will be put forward for a majority vote by CMO Members at the AGM.
