To get yours, follow these steps:

Step One: Visit www.ashford.gov.uk/season-tickets-and-car-park-vouchers
and click “Apply for/Amend a season ticket permit”
Step Two: Create an online account as instructed and log in.
Step Three: Click “Permit Application” and select “Car Park
Season Tickets” from the Permit Category.
Permit Types:
• Victoria Road Car Park Season Ticket
• Victoria Road Car Park
• One month*
Choose your start date.
Add your vehicle registration details, make and model at the bottom of the page.

Step Four: You should now have a page showing “Permit application confirmation”.
Please click the green button “Add to basket”.

Step Five: Your online basket should show, asking for payment. At this point,
please email: permitcustomercare@ashford.gov.uk with the application number.

The customer care team will then issue your permit free of charge.

Terms and conditions
*Residents will only be permitted to apply for a parking season ticket for a maximum period of 1 month at a time. Hodson Development are allocating each household at Chilmington Green (The Lakes, Gate, Hamlet & Brisley Farm) a maximum of £450.00 to use to buy Victoria Road car park monthly season tickets. Residents can apply for a 1 month season ticket for Victoria Road car park, until either the Chilmington bus service is operational or their household has reached the maximum spend limit £450.00. Each parking season ticket obtained is intended
