In the spirit of Christmas, four trees were placed around Chilmington Green and last week Dan went out to capture some photos of residents decorating them, including the school children of Chilmington Green Primary.

Whilst the CMO had put solar lights on the trees, the hope was that local people might take up the cause of decorating them and sure enough several did! Thank you to those who lent their own decorations from their home and a big cheer to the school children for finding a way to decorate their tree with sustainable/recyclable and found materials.

Below are highlights from each of the four locations. Thank you to headteacher Lisa Flack, the children and those residents who came out to take photos. And of course thank you to those who sponsored the trees, Hodson, Barratt, Jarvis and Cllr Jessamy Blanford.
