Community Grants
The CMO is looking to establish a small community grants programme.
The aim will be to put funds directly in the hands of Chilmington Green
residents who have a project or activity they want to deliver which will benefit the community at Chilmington Green.
This funding could be used to set up a ‘cake and chat’ group or set up a community gardening project or run a series of community walks for residents. Equally it could be to buy equipment needed to run a parent and toddler group.
The CMO Team and Board are looking for residents interested in joining
a grants panel which will determine the terms of reference for the grants programme and evaluate grant submissions. Interested residents are invited to attend the up and coming workshop as a first step towards the formation of the committee grants panel.
The workshop will be kept to a 90 minute session with some refreshments. Chilmington Green residents, members and non-members of the CMO are welcome. The CMO team looks forward to working with you.
