S106b Decision

The S106b appeal decision is available below for residents to review the outcome, whereby the majority of points have been dismissed and therefore the commitments of the developer remain the same.  A summary of the decision is on pages 57 to 61 of the document.

Over the coming weeks CMO will work with the LPA to understand the detail of the Planning Inspectors decision and any impact on the development.  We will communicate any necessary information to residents.
